WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Orders placed on workdays before 17.00 are usually delivered the next working day (within the Netherlands). If you place the order after 5 pm, it will be processed and shipped the next working day.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
In the webshop you can pay by means of iDEAL, Transfer, BanContact / Mister Cash, SofortBanking / Directebanking, Paypal or payment with Cash on delivery. For customers outside the Netherlands we therefore offer Mister Cash and Direct E-Banking.
ARE THE PRICES AT THE WEBSHOP INCLUDING OR EXCLUSIVE VAT?
All prices mentioned on Callysta.nl include 21% VAT. VAT (value added tax) is also mentioned separately on the invoice.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDERED ARTICLE?
Yes, this can be done by returning the ordered item (s) and placing a new order for the replacement item. The amount you paid for the returned item will be refunded to your account. Or if you have to pay, you get instructions from us how you can do this. It is important that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to exchange the article.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. However, you must return your order (if it has already been sent). To cancel an order you can contact us via the contact form or send an email to email@example.com stating your order number. You will receive a confirmation from us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A ARTICLE IS NOT IN STOCK?
We keep the stock system up-to-date on a daily basis. Nevertheless, it may happen that an article is not in stock. If it appears that your ordered item (s) are not in stock, we will contact you for a suitable alternative. If we can not offer a suitable alternative, we will immediately return the amount paid to your account. Please note that repayment of an amount can take up to five business days depending on your bank account.
