In the following information, we explain how to order in Callysta’s Onlineshop.
Choosing options and the Shopping Cart
If you want to order, for some items you can choose an option with “SELECT OPTIONS”. This means that first you have to choose a color or size for example, before you can order the item. Click on the button “IN SHOP” and the item will be added to your shopping cart. For some items you do not have to select any options and you can put the item directly into your shopping cart. Once the item has been added to the cart, you will see a notification.
If you click on the item of your choice, you will see more information about this item. You can view and enlarge the photos. You can also see if the item is still in stock. If provided, select the correct size. When you have finished this, click on the “IN SHOP” button and you will also see a notification and now you can click on the “NEXT SHOPPING” or “CHECK OUT” button.
By clicking on the shopping cart button, you can view your shopping cart and see which items you have selected, how many and the size and color, if applicable. The price per piece and the total price will be displayed. How many can be adjusted here and you can also remove items from the shopping cart. Do not forget to click on the “UPDATE CART” button to update the information. Again you can choose “NEXT SHOPPING” or “CHECKING”.
If you click on “CHECK”, you will be taken to a next screen.
Step 1. ACCOUNT OR NO ACCOUNT
Have you already ordered from Callysta and created an account? Then you can here log in.
When you order for the first time at Callysta, you don’t have to create an account.
When you register, you create an account with a username and password. That’s easy, if you want to order again, you do not have to reenter all your data.
Step 2. INVOICE ADDRESS
In order to deliver the order as well as possible for you, we need your personal information. Fill it out and check it well. Companies can place a business order by entering the company name and VAT number. Below you can check if you want to receive the newsletter. And you can indicate if your invoice and shipping address are the same. If the shipping address is different, you can enter it below. Then you can “CONTINUE” to the next step.
Step 3. DELIVERY ADDRESS
If the delivery address differs from the billing address, you can enter it here. If you choose a different delivery address, you will be asked again for details. Then you can “CONTINUE” again.
Step 4. SHIPPING PROCEDURE
This shipping cost is shown on this screen. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are for free when you order for € 15,00 or more. For orders lower than € 15,00 the shippings costs are € 1,95. The shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are € 6.50 and in the rest of Europe the shipping costs are € 11.95. Outside Europe the shipping costs are 20,00 €. If the order is placed before 16:00 on a working day (Monday to Friday), the order will be shipped the same day. If the order is made after 16.00, it will be sent to you next working day. Callysta uses DHL or PostNL or MyParcel for delivery. By means of a track & trace. Trace code allows you to follow your order. You can also add comments in this screen. Then click on “NEXT”.
Step 5. PAYMENT METHOD
Here you can select a payment method. Depending on the selected payment method, you will be linked to a secure payment environment. There you can complete your order. Step 6. CONFIRM ORDER
In this screen you can see everything again; which products you have ordered, the quantities, the shipping costs and the total amount. Optionally, you can go back to the previous steps to make changes. Then click on “Customize”.
Have you checked everything and click on “CONFIRM ORDER”. You will receive a confirmation email from Callysta. From this moment the item is reserved for you and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Within Haarlem, Heemstede, Overveen, Bloemendaal en Aerdenhout direct delivery the same evening is possible. Order before 15.00 pm. There is no extra charge for this service.
