If you are not satisfied you will get your money back. Crediting takes place up to 5 working days after receiving the package in return. The Customer pays the costs for return shipping within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands it is also for the account of the customer.
You can exchange your article within 7 days, by sending us an email stating your ordernumber to firstname.lastname@example.org. The next step is to return your ordered item(s) and order the new item(s). The amount you paid for the returned item will be refunded to your account once we have received the item. If you have to pay extra, Callysta will send you an email with further instructions.
Always report in advance that you want to return an item. This can be done within 14 days of receipt by e-mail: email@example.com mentioning your ordernumber. The return-instructions were enclosed with your order. If you don’t have them any more, please send us an email.

Always include your delivery note in your package, otherwise we will not be able to trace and process your return / exchange!
Return shipments are at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for parcels sent to our company address. Therefore pack the item well so that it can not be damaged and send it possibly registered / insured if the value of the package is considerable.
Items that do not comply with our return policy as described in our terms and conditions are not eligible for return, but will be returned in consultation under the calculation of return shipping costs or destroyed.
Confirmation receipt of return shipment within 2 working days
Upon receipt of your return shipment we will confirm this within 1 or 2 working days by email and will immediately take care of crediting the relevant purchase amount. If you do not receive confirmation from us within 7 days, please contact the shipping company with which you sent your shipment to trace your package. If there is a delay, let us know so that we can possibly extend your return term.
